On February 24, 2026, we hosted an exclusive, invitation-only tasting event for investors and business partners at the "Gastronomy Innovation Campus Tokyo"—a global hub for food innovation located in Yaesu, Tokyo.
Through a collaboration with Masaharu Shimamura—Head Chef of "Unkaku," a Japanese restaurant awarded both a Michelin One Star and a Green Star—and Tatsuya Noda, Director at nôl, we presented a special menu featuring our company's plant-based food products. Through this gourmet experience—where the artistry of top-tier chefs met innovative ingredients—we offered our many guests a firsthand opportunity to discover the potential of plant-based cuisine as the food of the future.
